One of the lock washers arrived open, pretty much useless. I didn't see it in the description but this requires a wrench for assembly (to connect the wheels). I didn't have the right size so I had to finger-tighten the bolts as best as I could. Within the first 10 minutes of using it, 2 bolts came off.
